A warm afternoon among good friends to pay tribute to Armand.
On 26 October, Armand Debelder would have turned 75. It is a special milestone for a man whose tireless passion, determination and craftsmanship shaped Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen into what it is today. His way of working, his love of lambic and his faith in time and tradition have left a lasting mark.

On 24 October, we are opening the doors of our lambik-O-droom from 2 pm to 8.30 pm for an intimate tribute. An afternoon just as Armand would have loved it: friends and fans gathered around the table, pistolets with butter, gekapt and pickles, time for a good conversation, stories from the past and dreams of what is yet to come… and of course, a good glass of geuze! At the bar and in the shop, we are offering a special selection of aged bottles from our cellars. These are bottles that have quietly taken their time over the years, each with its own story to tell. It is a chance to taste together, share memories and reflect on what Armand built.
We also want to link this day to a cause that was close to Armand’s heart. For that reason, we will have a donation jar for the Kinderkankerfonds (Children’s Cancer Fund). If you would like to contribute, we kindly ask you to bring cash. Together, we hope to make a fine contribution and to raise a glass to a well-filled jar, with a glass of Pension Blend in hand.
When it comes to food, we are keeping things close to the simplicity Armand appreciated. No elaborate dishes, just pistolets with good butter, gekapt and pickles. Simple, hearty and unmistakably Pajot, just the way Armand liked to eat it.
Come along, pull up a chair, raise a glass and share a story. It will be an afternoon to remember together, to enjoy what is here today and to honour Armand in a way that suits him.
